Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of n-house.com and the AI.den waitlist (together, the "Site"), operated by NHouse Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any form, including the waitlist.
• Infringe the rights of NHouse Labs or any third party.

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, the NHouse Labs and AI.den names and marks, and the underlying code — are owned by NHouse Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

Joining the AI.den waitlist registers your interest only. It is not a purchase, a subscription, a contract for services, or a guarantee of access, availability, pricing, or any particular feature or timeline. We may change, delay, limit, or discontinue AI.den or the waitlist at any time, and we may decline or remove any registration at our discretion. We will use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NHouse Labs and its founders, owners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

The Site may use or link to third-party services (for example, the form provider that processes waitlist submissions). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Site.
