NHouse Labs ("NHouse Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology and AI company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, serving clients across the Phoenix metro. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through n-house.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

We collect only the information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data needed to run the site:

• Waitlist information: when you join the AI.den waitlist, we collect the email address (and any details) you submit through our form.
• Contact information: when you email us or use a contact link, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Technical and usage data: basic information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future; if and when we do, we will update this policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask about.
• Manage the AI.den waitlist and notify you when access opens.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site, and we share information with them only as needed to deliver the relevant function:

Web3Forms — our waitlist and form submissions are processed and delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form backend. Data you submit through a form passes through Web3Forms in order to reach us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A small number of cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential functions such as security and basic site operation. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will describe it here and, where required, provide a way to opt out. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — for example, to maintain the waitlist or to follow up on your inquiry — and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights).

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, for material changes, take additional steps as appropriate. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
